Center Hours :
The office is open daily Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 4:30. Our clinic services are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please contact our offices at 870-231-1111.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be uninsured with no outside medical/dental assistance, such as Medicare, Medicaid, VA or private insurance.
- You must be a resident of Ouachita County.
- You must meet the income guidelines.
