1. No soft drinks or sweet tea.

2. NO fast food

3. Do exercises 20 to 30 minutes, seven days a week.

4. Do drink (8) 8 oz. glasses of water per day; one full glass before each meal.

5. Always  eat while sitting in a chair, being mindful of your eating.

6. Do eat breakfast.

7. Do eat of a salad plate; no heaping; no seconds.

8. Throw away 20% of everything on your plate.

9. Give thanks for your life and the nature that sits before you.

10. Rejoice in your hunger.
